If you have made your reservation on the Accor website, you have the option of checking in online. However, this is not mandatory. You can also check in quickly at our reception.
Can I leave my luggage if I arrive early?
You can store your luggage in our luggage room.
What time do I have to check out?
Check out is possible until 11:00.
Is a late checkout possible?
Late check out is possible subject to availability. Please note that there may be additional costs associated with this. The supplement for late check out is usually €50.
What is the minimum age to book a stay with you?
The minimum age is 18. In the case of minors, we require a consent form from the parent or guardian.
Are pets allowed?
One large pet or two small pets are allowed.
What is the additional charge for a pet?
A supplement of €15 per night applies.
Can I park at the hotel?
Absolutely. The hotel has an outdoor car park and an underground car park.
What is the price of parking at the hotel?
Prices vary between €2 and €24. Depending on how long you use our car park.
Can I book parking at the hotel?
The car park cannot be reserved.
Are there charging facilities for electric cars?
There are several charging stations in our upper and lower car park.
Can I store my bicycles safely at the hotel?
Bicycles can be safely stored in our underground car park.
Can I rent bikes at the hotel?
Bicycles can be hired on site. Half a day amounts to €11, a full day to €16. You can ask for cycle routes at the reception.

What should I do if I have forgotten something after my stay at the hotel?
If you have forgotten something after your stay, you can always contact us. If we find the lost item, we will send it to the address of your choice. Please note that any shipping costs must be paid by you.

You can always indicate your preference. Subject to availability, we will assign the room of your choice.
